Lithuanian Dancers come from a folk dance group ‘Baltija’ in Stockholm, Sweden. It is an ongoing project documenting the journey of people of very different backgrounds – from doctors to artists – who join together through dance. Every dance has a story and is full of love, joy, sorrow, or chaos. As a participant, I follow them everywhere, from rehearsals to concerts to trips. Trips so far include dance festivals in Lithuania, Sweden, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Norway, and Argentina. Additionally, I have made two publications of ‘Lithuanian Dancers’. The project started in November 2017 when I discovered and joined them.
